Just outside downtown Las Vegas, among a crop of homes on acre-plus lots in an old agricultural area, Michael Gardner’s grown the concept of indoor-outdoor living into a unique utopia.
Gardner, principal of Henderson-based Studio G Architecture, remodeled a 1950s farm house he describes as “a sieve. Tons of air loss. We had steel windows – it just didn’t have a strong thermal envelope.”
Western Window Systems products were “integral to the design of this home,” Gardner adds.
He says the cabinetry dimensions in the kitchen, prep kitchen and service room line up exactly with Western Window Systems’ Series 600 Multi-Slide Windows. “Western Window Systems products are so customizable that we’re able to get the exact dimensions we need to meet the design requirements,” he says.
